Yikes, My Order Arrived Defective
If you received an item that is defective, for example has peeling letter(s), patch falling off, burn mark, ink spot, tear, hole, or threads coming loose we sincerely apologize. We always will correct our mistakes for defective items and send a new item(s) out promptly to make sure you have the item(s) you need on time.
Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team at [email protected] with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out the return form that is attached below, and return it along with the damaged item. We will issue you a return label for shipping and store credit via E-Gift Card so you can repurchase the item if desired.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
