No Hassle Exchange Policy
We offer no hassle exchanges on all orders. If the size is wrong or doesn't do not worry, we will make the exchange as simple as possible. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly fix or replace it. Also note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of the garments and materials in real life. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a manufacturing error. If you would not like an exchange we can provide you with the total amount of the order in store credit on one of e-gift cards to use on another item or at a later date.
All refunds given will be in the form of store credit.
- No Restocking Fee — if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your non-custom order, as long as your order has not yet shipped out.
- 20% Restocking Fee — if your order is marked as Approved or In Production (Usually 2 business days after order)
Custom Items and custom crossing jerseys cannot be returned due to the apparel item being made specifically to the customer. If you are sent the wrong size, defective item, or incorrect customization we will gladly fix the issue and send you a new one. If you were sent the correct size and it does not fit we cannot accept the return. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
For Changes To An Order Read Below:
If you make a change to your order, please ask customer service representative for an updated confirmation to confirm the updates or changes have been completed and add back into our system. If you do not receive an updated confirmation that reflects a changed line name, crossing number, size or address it is not guaranteed the order has been updated.
