Missin An Item?
If your order has 3+ items and one item is not on our inventory rack the day of your shipment we will split your order rather than hold on to your order to provide speedy shipping times for your package. The remaining pieces will ship as soon as they become available.
If your package is missing an item, first check your packaging slip and see if one our team members left a note about splitting your order to ship it faster. If not, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service line 865-622-3263 to check and see if there was an issue or mistake during the shipping process.
If your order has been partial shipped your package will have 4x4 card like in the image below.
